Specifications include, but are not limited to: KIPP DC is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for Enterprise Resource Planning Evaluation Consulting Services. The responsibilities of the selected vendor include, but are not limited to: • Identifying KIPP DC’s specific system requirements including processes, data flows, staffing resources, and technologies. • Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis across multiple functions (finance, HR, recruiting, development, Information, etc.). • Providing an analysis of implementing an ERP suite versus optimizing KIPP DC’s existing ecosystem (e.g., optimizing dataflow and processes between systems, procure standalone systems where there are gaps today, etc.). o This deliverable should: (1) Clearly articulate a recommendation on either optimizing KIPP DC’s existing enterprise application ecosystem or migrate to a single ERP suite and (2) Recommend concrete next steps, vendors, and timeline (the “how”). If optimizing KIPP DC’s existing enterprise application ecosystem, what systems are recommended? If ERP, what ERP system is recommended? • Identifying the trade-offs, risks, and timelines, with going with recommendation instead of other options.
