The Viriginia Contracting Activity is issuing this request for information/sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the DIA's Enterprise Logistics Services (ELS) requirement.
There is no solicitation at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
Interested parties who consider themselves qualitied are invited to submit a response to this notice by 04:30 PM/EST on January 2, 2026 to Dasol Robinson, Contract Specialist at dasol.robinson@dodiis.mil.
