The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to solicit and negotiate a three (3) month extension on contract number HHM402-15-D-0014/0002, Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering and Operations Services (EIEOS), based on the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This task order is a current award under the Enhanced Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) IDIQ Contact. All E-SITE awardees were given fair opportunity to be considered for the original order. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. for Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering and Operations Services (EIEOS). This short-term bridge contract extension to the existing task order will allow time for a task order competition to be completed under the Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III) HHM402-20-R-0008 contract.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
The bridge requirement is to extend the existing Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering and Operations Services (EIEOS) task order from 09/19/2022 to 12/18/2022, which will allow the Chief Information Office (CIO) to ensure continuity of mission during the re-compete and transition to a new task order under the Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III) IDIQ. The bridge includes keeping mission critical and essential applications ready, monitoring those systems, and staying in compliance with Intelligence Community (IC) Information Technology Enterprise (IC ITE) and DIA Cyber-Security directives/mandates and requirements. Services required to be performed are listed below:
1. General, Engineering Support
2. Operations and Maintenance support
3. Transition (Initial Operating Capabilities (IOC) to Full Operating Capability (FOC) Support.
Place of contract performance is various CONUS and OCONUS locations.
All work is at TS/SCI level.
The projected cost for this three (3) month extension is $3.516M.
