Specifications include, but are not limited to: USAC is seeking an integrated technology solution to replace several legacy and COTS applications that currently deliver audit management, remediation, and related corporate compliance functions that support USAC’s role as the USF administrator. Contractor will develop USAC’s EACM solution on USAC’s Appian platform. The new EACM solution will bring together the tools and data that support USAC’s multiple audit and assessment programs on a single Appian instance that’s integrated with other component-level services residing in USAC’s digital environment, for example, content management or security services. The EACM solution must have the capability to accommodate current business processes and flexibly support USAC’s various audit and assurance programs, including reporting requirements and an optimized data architecture with multiple data sources and shared data across multiple functions, applications, or system.
