NRL requires engineering support services for Electro-Optic and Infrared (EO/IR) measurements and simulations. The contractor shall perform R&D of EO/IR signatures and susceptibility, EO/IR threat simulators, and other electronic warfare (EW) technologies and concepts for protection of US Navy and Marine Corps platforms. This work encompasses the entirety of an EO/IR threat, from detection through successful countermeasure (CM) to the CM effectiveness assessment (CMEA). The work to be performed is further described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW), titled “CUI – 24RGA03 Draft SOW”.
