The selected consultant will be expected to complete the following: • Conduct an analysis of construction costs, job creation, and operations-related employment impacts. • Quantify economic impacts from increased ridership at CUS • Evaluate broader economic benefits such as improved safety, enhanced access to education and healthcare and connectivity improvements. • Perform a regional fiscal revenue generation analysis covering local, county, and state jurisdictions. • Develop a narrative demonstrating how the Concourse project supports Amtrak’s goals, including: o Enhancing passenger safety and security o Improving customer experience o Advancing ADA accessibility • Provide quantitative and qualitative narrative covering regional development goals and transit ridership increases.
