Specifications include, but are not limited to:Develop graphic design strategy for Ready DC campaign including a Ready DC logo ■Create a cohesive design and logo for the Ready DC campaign. –The design will need to : –Follow the District of Columbia Office of the Chief Technology Officer Web Style Guide for the District of Columbia (http://octo.dc.gov/sites/default/files/dc/sites/octo/publication/attachments/dc_gov_web_style_guide.pdf); –Be compatible with Drupal 7 (http://octo.dc.gov/publication/dc-gov-drupal-7-reference-guide-and-user-manual); –Be 508 compliant and follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0; –Include consideration of how best to reach out to persons with Access and Functional Needs and limited/no English proficiency, including translated and audio versions of materials; –Be compatible with smart phone web readers, the HSEMA web application, and other mobile software and hardware; and –Becompati b l e w i t h t h e D i s t r i c t ’ s o t h e r w e b s i t e d e s i g n e l e m e n t s a n d a l s o c a p a b l e o f translating into printed documents. ■ Create a Ready DC logo – The Ready DC logo will be a key part of the campaign design and will need to be able to be used on both the website and printed brochures and must be 508 compliant.
