C.5.1 The Contractor shall supply the District with one (1) new DTA5000 Double Tape Applicator meeting the below specifications. C.5.2 The Double Tape Applicator shall be equipped with a 5.5 HP Honda GX-160cc with 12v (7amp) charging system. C.5.3 The Double Tape Applicator shall be equipped with a line driver hitch with knife open and close function. C.5.4 The Double Tape Applicator shall be equipped with an auto oiler. C.5.5 The Double Tape Applicator shall be equipped with a gas-powered air compressor. C.5.6 The Tape Applicator shall be equipped with a muti-positional tape feed – with double yellow application center tape feed and dual independent line capability. C.5.7 The Tape Applicator shall be equipped with dual front swivel pneumatic caster with pivoting frame, timing system for cycle/skip, auto-cut without stopping. C.5.8 The Tape Applicator shall be equipped with multiple laser guidance and temp tape rewind kit and tape tamper kit. C.5.9 The Tape Applicator shall be equipped with an adjustable pointer bar and a splice tape dispenser. C.5.10 The Contractor shall coordinate the delivery time and date with the Contract Administrator. The C.5.11 The Contractor shall create and submit payment requests in an electronic format through the DC Vendor Portal, https://vendorportal.dc.gov.
