Specifications include, but are not limited to: A system that can operate on documents types specified in Section B.9.A.7 of this RFP as a software service that can be called by external applications. A secure system that can operate without disclosing sensitive information to operators/users. A system that is compliant with Office of Management and Budget (“OMB”) Circular A-130, the Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002 and the Federal Security Modernization Act of 2014 (separately and together referred to as “FISMA”), and all applicable federal policy and regulations, including the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, and OMB Memoranda concerning the collection and handling of PII. A system that integrates with the existing technical stack, specified in Section B.9.B.2 of this RFP.
