The contractor shall design, develop and implement Salesforce CRM system and migrate data from the existing Legacy CRM (Kustomer) to Salesforce CRM. The project shall comprise the following areas, which are discussed in detail in their respective sections of the Statement of Work. A.3.1.1. Project Management & Oversight, see A.4.2 A.3.1.2. System Assessment & Design, see A.4.3 A.3.1.3. Migration, see A.4.4 A.3.1.4. Configuration & Customization, see A.4.5 A.3.1.5. Integrations, see A.4.6 A.3.1.6. Testing & Validation, see A.4.7 A.3.1.7. Training & Documentation, see A.4.8 A.3.1.8. Post-Migration/Post-Implementation Support, see A.4.9 A.3.2 Project Management & Oversight The Contractor shall perform the following: A.3.2.1. The Contractor shall develop and maintain an up-to-date detailed project plan outlining scope, tasks, milestones, dependencies and timeline. A.3.2.1.1. The Contractor shall prepare a project plan utilizing the Agile methodology and demonstrate a clear vision for application development. A.3.2.1.2. The Contractor shall have used the Agile methodology in delivering at least one previous CRM implementation. A.3.2.1.3. The Contractor shall prepare an implementation plan that follows the Project Management body of Knowledge (PMBOK) best practices. A.3.2.2. The Contractor shall provide project document management via SharePoint or an agencyprovided repository. If the repository is provided by the Agency, the Contractor shall ensure the ability to access the site A.3.2.3. The Contractor shall provide daily status reports, as agreed upon by the Agency, detailing progress against the project plan and identifying any risks and corresponding mitigation measures. A.3.2.4. The Contractor shall participate in project status meetings with Agency and Client stakeholders to review the project’s status, risks, issues, staffing, and change requests, as needed, to discuss Contractor tasks and progress.
