Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contracting & Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), Office of Program Monitoring (OPM), seeks a contractor to provide meeting and community engagement graphic recording, graphic design services to produce infographic and other visual materials as part of DHCD’s federal planning process. The District is currently engaged in beginning outreach to support the development of the Consolidated Plan, Action Plan, Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice. The District is required to engage in citizen participation activities as part of its federal planning processes. As a result of the District emergency regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, DHCD’s citizen engagement is limited to virtual engagement to mitigate the risk of the transmission of the COVID-19 virus.
