Immunoassay DOC ; Confirmatory Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry; Alcohol Tests; After hours Collections; Chain of Custody Forms; Collection Kits; C.5.1 The Contractor’s laboratory shall be certified by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). C.5.2 The Contractor’s laboratory shall be certified by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). C.5.3 The Contractor shall provide for collection and receipt of specimens to the laboratory for a Five Panel Drug Test and the following types of drugs and alcohol testing for DOC employees in accordance with DOC Drug Testing Procedures: a) Random, b) Reasonable Suspicion, c) Pre-employment/Pre-appointment d) Post-accident/incident e) Repeat Testing f) DOT (CDL) g) Non-DOT
