WMATA needs a contract vehicle that can expedite the process for conducting the following types of research projects: 1. Intercept Surveys 2. Online Surveys 3. Telephone Surveys 4. Mixed Sample Survey Projects 5. Focus Groups and In-Depth Interviews 6. Human-Centered Design Research. Firms proposing to be WMATA’s provider of intercept surveys must be capable of fulfilling the following tasks and requirements for intercept survey projects: a) Devise a survey sampling plan that sufficiently addresses the study requirements defined by WMATA. This sampling plan is subject to the inspection and acceptance by WMATA. b) Draft questionnaires based on the study requirements defined by WMATA. Final draft of questionnaires shall be subject to the inspection and acceptance by WMATA. Changes made prior to acceptance shall be at the sole cost of the Offeror. c) Create a visual design and print layout for the questionnaire which ensures that the questions are easy to read, easy to understand, and easy to answer for all prospective respondents.
