This RFQ is being solicitated among NITAAC CIO-SP3 small business contract holders in accordance with FAR 16.505. In order to quality for award, Offerors must have a valid NITAAC CIO-SP3 small business contract as the Government intends to establish an
Order under the CIO-SP3 small business government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC). FAR Part 15 does not apply to this acquisition. Labor-hour will be used for transition-in/transition-out and surge support. The anticipated period of performance for
the Order will consist of a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. This requirement is under the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541512 Computer Systems Design Services. This will be a multi-phased acquisition.
