National Defense University (NDU) located in Washington, D.C. requires the procurement of software services in support of the Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) which is a structured educational framework mandated by the Joint Chiefs of Staff to prepare military officers and national security professional for joint operations and strategic leadership on behalf of the Center for Applied Strategic Learning (CASL). The software services are crucial to ensure NDU students are able to utilize educational simulation of strategic decision-making and tradeoffs.
