This Sources Sought Notice is part of the U.S. Government's market research efforts to identify capable vendors for supplying veterinary and training equipment for canines. The information gathered will help inform future procurement strategies and requirements.
This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. - Responses are limited to no more than 20 pages in length using 12 point Font Size. The Government prefers that your firm submit its response in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, or a combination of both and the document must be searchable. - Response should provide a brief overview of your company, including your experience in supplying veterinary and training equipment for canines.
- Appendix A includes a general description of the deliverables for this requirement. Interested parties must provide evidence that they are capable of shipping the required canine equipment to the specified destinations, as well as the associated installation services. The capabilities statement should include narrative examples of delivering canine equipment to Mexico or other OCONUS locations and providing installation of the equipment.
- Responses should include as list of existing contract vehicles through which the US Department of State can access your company’s products and services (i.e. GSA FSS, IDIQs, etc.) In addition, please provide us with a list of at least five non-governmental companies to which you have sold veterinary and training equipment. If possible, include the approximate amount of each sale.

- What shipping methods do you use for international deliveries, specifically to Mexico?
- Can you provide an estimate of the shipping costs for delivering your products to Mexico? Are there any additional fees or charges associated with international shipping to Mexico?

- Do you have any local partnerships or distribution centers in Mexico that facilitate the delivery of your products?
