a. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to deliver scaffolding, erect scaffolding to correct height, inspect prior to initial use, dismantle, and remove scaffolding from WMATA property. b. Contractor shall have all necessary scaffolding components readily available and in good working order to deliver to the designated WMATA rail yard. All scaffolding components and hardware will be loaded and secured onto a WMATA-supplied prime mover and flat car by the contractor. Provided flat car is 40’ x 10’ and tools and material can be stacked up to a height of 6’ for safe transport through the WMATA rail system. Prime mover and flat car will be operated by WMATA-qualified operator and flagman. The contractor is responsible for transport and delivery of scaffolding to the yard, loading of all scaffolding components and tools onto the provided flatcar, and securing the load with straps. The flatcar and prime mover will be inspected by the operator after loading is complete to verify safe passage through the rail system.
