Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project consists of the construction of a new Federal Office Building located on the St. Elizabeths Campus which will provide office space and limited parking to house the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, a component of the Department of Homeland Security. The constructed building area of the project will include approx 629,595 SF above and below grade. It consists of core and shell base building, tenant fit out, historic structures stabilization and utility connections. Work includes site work, landscape, security measures, site preparation, stabilization, and monitoring of historic structures. Wage scale does apply – Small businesses are encouraged to provide proposals. Base bid is for non-Project Labor Agreement (non-PLA) and a price for the project with a PLA. DC First source does not apply. Alternate and Options are also included in the bid. NDA has to be executed to obtain documents.
