Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District of Columbia, Child, and Family Services Agency on behalf of The Health Services Administration (HSA) under the Office of Wellbeing (OWB) is seeking a vendor to provide initial screening and periodic wellness check, including mental health services, for child(ren) entering foster care and during each placement episode. OWB handles over 1,500 encounters per fiscal year ensuring that each child exits in the system with better health and improved wellbeing. HSA is implementing RxNT Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to automate the clinical workflow including patient scheduling, care delivery, electronic prescription, progress chart and claims submission.
