Specifications include, but are not limited to: seeking a DCSS Vendor to provide RXNT EHR Interface Development Package and maintenance for initial screening and periodic wellness check, including mental health services, for Child(ren) entering Foster Care and during each placement episode. OWB handles over 1500 encounters per fiscal year ensuring that the child exits the system with better health and improved wellbeing and are utilizing RXNT Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to automate the clinical workflow including patient scheduling, care delivery, electronic prescription, progress chart and claims submission. HSA is implementing RXNT Interface to sync eligible FACES client data for Patient Registration workflow to reduce manual data entry and maintain data accuracy.
