KIPP DC is seeking reliable bus companies to support transportation needs for field trips and athletic events. Our intent is to establish strong partnerships with companies to guarantee pricing, excellent service and communication, and an unwavering commitment to student and staff safety. KIPP DC cannot commit to a specific number of trips or an estimated amount of spend, as trips are determined on an as-needed basis. KIPP DC may decide to award master service agreements to one or more companies for the fulfillment of trip requests based on the most competitive pricing, ability to meet our service needs and insurance requirements, and overall level of service. Once specific trips have been identified, the selected vendor(s) will submit a quote based on the agreed upon pricing in the agreement and shall not proceed with processing a trip request until the quote is approved by the designated KIPP DC representative.
