The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking industry input on the development, enhancement, implementation, and deployment of the existing BENEFEDS Portal functionality. The BENEFEDS Portal is used for enrollment, payroll deductions and premium reconciliation for voluntary benefit programs offered by OPM. This source sought notice is also to identify small businesses capable of providing BENEFEDS Enrollment and Premium Administration Services in order to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business set-aside is possible.
