The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, shop supplies, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform all required maintenance and repairs services to include, but not limited to; diagnostics, engine work and hydraulic repairs, hose repair and replacement, EDR system, DEF exhaust filter, vehicle no start issues, air in-take, air compressor, alternator, starter, engine cooling/radiator, clutch, and suspension diagnostics and repairs. C.3.2 The Contractor shall perform all repair services in accordance with the relevant manufacturer’s guidelines, equipment manuals and accepted industry standards which will result in a mechanically sound, safe and reliable equipment. C.3.3 The Contractor shall perform a “problem diagnosis” to identify the degree of repair services needed. The Contractor shall inform the Contract Administrator (CA) whether or not the results of the problems diagnosis involve any parts under warranty and shall provide an estimate (labor and materials) for repairs. The estimate should also include the turnaround time to complete the repairs.
