The Library has a requirement for Audio Visual equipment for conference rooms, multimedia rooms, and a variety of other shared workspaces throughout the Library's facilities. The contractor must provide compatible audio visual materials, supplies, and equipment required to support the Library's infrastructure. Supplies shall include any needed cables for power, audio/visual connection, and network connectivity as well as any peripherals required for the solution to function. Questions related to this solicitation must be submitted to Julia Hanson (juhan@loc.gov) no later than May 24th 2023 at 10:00am.The Library will provide answers to questions of a substantive nature to all quoters. The Library will not guarantee answers to questions received after the required question submittal date/time.
