Approximate number of home games: 24 Spring d. Middle School Baseball i. March 1-June 15 ii. Approximate number of home games: 6 e. High School Girls Flag Football i. March 1-June 15 ii. Approximate number of home games: 6 B. Officials KIPP DC is seeking proposals for officials to support the KIPP DC athletic teams. It is important to note that timelines are subject to change due to various factors. C. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS a. The selected vendor(s) must have a sufficient number of qualified athletic trainers and officials on staff to accommodate multiple sporting events taking place simultaneously as well as last minute game changes. b. Pricing for athletic training services should be provided on a per diem, per hour basis. The pricing should be inclusive of time, apparel, equipment, transportation, and any other necessary elements for the performance of officiating services as requested in this RFP. c. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for assigning qualified athletic trainers and officials to scheduled games during various sports seasons at various schools. KIPP DC Athletic Department will provide a written schedule of officiating requirements to the Organization for each sports season, no later than 30 days prior to the start of the season. d. The organization must adhere to and enforce all DC COVID procedures at all times during the provision of officiating services.
