The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide production support for the 2023, American Holiday Festival Concert as defined in this PWS, except for those items specified as government-furnished property and services.
Scope:
- Install the video projection system IAW standard in-house procedures
- Provide a video technician on-site during the video load-in and operation.
- Test the 16 x9 SDI video signal and set up projectors per load-in schedule
- Provide monitors, for Broadcast mix, SR & SL Entrance, monitor mix, RF position, FOH Audio, FOH Lighting, Show Director, & Conductors podium.
- The Contractor shall provide a HD video projection and audio playback system to support the overflow room in the Construction Hall Lower ballroom
- Provide a Camera Jib and Operator
