Specifications include, but are not limited to: seeking a collaborative, best-inclass financial systems consultant (“Contractor”), with substantial and demonstrable Generally Accepted Accounting Principles for Federal Agencies (“Federal GAAP”) experience, to provide analysis of its current financial activities and systems, as well as functional system requirements gathering and project management support for a future Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) financial system replacement project. 1. Establish a Project Management Office (PMO) that will be responsible for cradle to grave ERP assessment and implementation management. 2. Analysis of current financial activities and systems. 3. Functional system requirements gathering for future ERP financial system build. 4. Analysis of alternatives and recommendation for a technical solution (i.e., future ERP financial system). 5. Future RFP development and evaluation for future ERP financial system build. 6. Project management support for future ERP financial system build.
