Anacostia Main Interceptor (AMI) • Approximately 53,000 linear feet of RCP and RCCP pipes with diameters ranging from 24 to 120 inches • Cleaning, condition assessment and rehabilitation of existing interceptors • Flow diversion during construction • Restoring hydraulic capacity of pipelines EWOS, EWORS, NIBS/SIBS • Approximately 74,000 linear feet of concrete and RCP pipes with diameters ranging from 48 to 165 in. • Cleaning, condition assessment and rehabilitation of existing interceptors • Flow diversion during construction • Restoring hydraulic capacity of pipelines Anacostia Force Main (AFM) • Confirm existing ARV & isolation valve locations • Confirm gas pockets and verify against DC Water hydraulic model • Install new ARVs & cathodic protection and lining in critical areas
