Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide project management, production, report preparation and graphic design to execute DC TAG strategic marketing and communication plan. The vendor must be able to create an advertising campaign from conception to execution that will provide information, increase awareness, and ultimately increase the number of applicants for the DC Tuition Assistance Grant (DCTAG) program. ; The Contractor shall provide a multi-media DCTAG strategic marketing and communications services consisting of the following: C.2.1 Present at least two DCTAG advertising campaign new creative concepts - Each idea will offer a different layout and color palette approach for print, outdoor and digital materials. The concepts will focus on student and adult influencers. One of the concepts will be selected as the “face” of the new campaign. C.2.2 Photoshoot with real DCTAG students – The photoshoot would include (past and present) DCTAG students. DCTAG students will wear T-shirts representing their schools and will give testimonies about the benefits of DCTAG. At least two of the ads could feature a current or former student with parent or adult to reach other parents/adults. A local photographer will be hired to provide a selection of high-quality images that would be owned by DCTAG and available for use across platforms.
