The purpose of this notice is to release the official solicitation N00024-22-R-5206 for the production of a modernized AN/SRQ-4 system.
Offerors are notified that the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) 5.0 is hereby issuing a full and open competitive solicitation for the production of a modernized AN/SRQ-4 system. Support of these production units includes: 1) elimination of obsolete analog interfaces, 2) modernization to meet cybersecurity requirements for Aegis Baseline 10 and following baselines, and 3) maximization of future interoperability opportunities by supporting Band Efficient – Common Data Link (BE-CDL) and Crypto Core Modernization. The upcoming five year contract will include contract line items (CLINs) for development of production units, the associated engineering services, and incidental materials/other direct costs.
All questions should be received within fourteen (14) calendar days after the date the original solicitation was issued (i.e. NLT March 29, 2022) to allow the Government adequate time to prepare and issue responses to all offerors prior to the proposal due date. Any questions or comments that are submitted may be publically released. All questions shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions found in Section L of the solicitation.
