Minimum specifications
This Statement of Work defines the terms for the procurement of one (1) new full-size premium SUV, with a petrol engine and seven-passenger seating capacity, from an authorized automotive retailer. The acquisition supports the official operational needs of the U.S. Embassy Bucharest.
The delivered vehicle shall include, at minimum:
- Leather steering wheel
- Automatic sport transmission
- Keyless entry and soft-close doors
- Premium alarm system
- Full cargo management system
- Electrically adjustable comfort seats (front row)
- Heated front seats
- Ambient cabin lighting
- Active high-beam assistant
- Integrated safety and driver-assist systems

- Integrated emergency call and mobile services
- Wireless charging and integrated SIM connectivity

Warranty and Support
The vehicle shall include the full manufacturer’s warranty. The vendor shall register the service-inclusive plan covering 5 years or 100,000 kilometers and ensure access to authorized service centers within Romania.
NOTE: Any proposed vehicle that meets the above minimum salient specifications will be considered. Any vehicle that does not meet the minimum specifications above will be determined as not acceptable
