For a company to be considered, the company must be able to meet, satisfy, understand, and comply with all requirements in the Request for Quotations (RFQ), including the due date.

Official service must be available at Montevideo, Uruguay.
- Delivery: immediate delivery will be valued, accepted delivery at Montevideo Uruguay up to 3 (three) months maximum.
