Fabricate, deliver, and install a turnkey modular VIP suite adjacent to the football stadium to support premium guest hospitality for upcoming events. The work shall include the following, but not be limited to, the scope described in the bid documents. 1. Ensure ADA-compliant access. 2. Provide modular or built-in seating, tables, counters, and storage. 3. Catering prep area that can accommodate refrigerator, portable sink, and cabinets. 4. Conduct site evaluation, grading, and foundation preparation as required. 5. Deliver and install modular components, ensuring alignment with site utilities. 6. Provide tie-downs, safety anchoring, and weatherproof sealing. 7. Meet all local building codes, fire safety requirements, and stadium guidelines. 8. Obtain necessary permits and inspections. 9. Provide a detailed fabrication timeline, delivery schedule, and installation plan. 10. Submit shop drawings, material specifications, and O&M documentation. 11. Include a minimum Two-year warranty on structure, finishes, and installed systems.
