Specifications include, but are not limited to: DHCQ is seeking a web background check solution, preferably cloud-based, which will replace the existing Background Check Center (BCC) system. The goal is for the Background Check System to be a single point of data entry that interfaces with multiple agencies. The proposed solution must provide an automated mechanism that fully integrates with State registries and State and Federal law enforcement systems and databases. The proposed solution must provide a robust background check workflow management functionality including a fully functional and reliable Rap-Back process, Employer dashboard module, DHCQ staff dashboard module, accounting records module, system administration and security module and a built-in reporting tool.
