Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Confer with DDOE staff regarding findings of noncompliance in the areas of transition services and collaborate to create and conduct various trainings pertaining to transition services to include one or more of the following areas: need to receive consent to invite outside agencies to IEP meetings; conducting age-appropriate transition assessment and properly using results; writing measurable postsecondary IEP goals; developing appropriate courses of study; developing/coordinating activities and services that will reasonably enable the student to reach their postsecondary goals; and, transfer of rights providing individuals and families with various options. 2. Provide professional learning opportunities to districts and/or schools identified by the DDOE as noncompliant with special education regulations to include one or more of the following areas: need to receive consent to invite outside agencies to IEP meetings; conducting age-appropriate transition assessment and properly using results; writing measurable post secondary IEP goals; developing appropriate courses of study; developing/coordinating activities and services that will reasonably enable the student to reach their post secondary goals; and, transfer of rights providing individuals and families with various options
