Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor will work collaboratively with the Developmental Disabilities Council (DDC) staff as well as with the DDC Executive Committee to plan, oversee and carry out the Biennial PIP Program. 1. Planning and coordination with the DDC Executive Committee and DDC staff a. Utilize existing DDC Executive Committee member contact list to stay in contact with the committee b. Develop agenda items as needed for consideration by the DDC Executive Committee meetings and provide them to the DDC staff no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled meeting, so proper notice can be provided on the State of Delaware Public Meeting Notice Calendar c. Provide quarterly narrative reports to DDC Social Services Administrator utilizing a template that will be customized to the program facilitator d. Notify DDC Social Services Administrator of progress, difficulties, logistics concerns, etc. Vendor will assist the DDC in recruiting a minimum of 20 participants for the Biennial PIP class. A majority of the participants must be individuals with developmental disabilities (DD). 1. Vendor may utilize existing PIP materials on file at the Developmental Disabilities Council (DDC) office to update and distribute the following: • PIP application • PIP brochure • PIP PowerPoint presentation
