Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Bidders will provide innovative residential and recovery support housing with integrated treatment services that address health disparities for individuals living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI), Substance Use Disorder (SUD) including intravenous drug use, and high-risk populations, including individuals residing in rural areas, aging populations, transition age youth, pregnant women, families, individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), and culturally diverse populations. 2. Bidders will provide detailed information about innovative housing solutions that include the provision of recovery support with accessible services, both medical, and non-medical, based on needs rather than on insurance status or the initial diagnosis of the individual. 3. Bidders will ensure that solutions include recovery housing support with additional integrated services that meets the following defined Levels of community care, at a minimum: • group homes • National Association of Recovery Residences (NARR) Level IV Support Services • American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Level 3.1
