Specifications include, but are not limited to: An independent investment consulting firm most capable of identifying and recommending a deferred compensation plan for County employees with the best combination of high quality services for Plan participants, high quality investment options for Plan participants, low costs for Plan participants and ease of Plan administration. The Consultant shall provide the following: Hold kickoff meeting at KCLC to discuss individual Plan participant needs Develop an Investment Policy Statement for DC Plan Collect current Plan data from KCLC and current Plan vendor Benchmark and compare current KCLC investment and administrative fees against similar DC Plan products and issue a report of findings to KCLC Evaluate the structure of the existing DC Plan and suggest potential plan improvement with the goal of achieving the best combination of ease of administration, high quality services, high quality investment options, and low costs for Plan participants
