Specifications include, but are not limited to: Foster professional growth by providing educators with actionable feedback and opportunities to improve and refine their teaching and support their students’ growth; Ensure that there are quality educators in every school building and classroom; and Continue to help students grow and succeed through targeted interventions and individualized educator professional development opportunities ; o provide a continuum of professional learning services including, but not limited to, initial training, ongoing training, targeted training, coaching, development of local capacity and online professional development resources (all related to the implementation of the new teacher evaluation system). DDOE seeks an outcomes-based training/coaching continuum (which may be provided by one or multiple vendors) designed to improve the capacity of school leadership to grow and develop teachers as well as improve the understanding of teachers to be well-versed and an integral part of this professional growth system.
