Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Customer Registration Provide office and personnel to register new monthly contract parkers, including the review of parking agreements and securing customers’ signature on the contract. Establish and maintain secure electronic record of customers, with back-up record, for all customers, account cancellations and changes, key card issued/cancelled. 2. Billing & Accounts Receivable On-going management of all billing and accounts receivable processes, including, but not limited to: a. Provide customize billing software and computer to run monthly bills. b. Prepare accounts receivables list. c. Run “deprogram list” at month end for use in terminating delinquent customers.
