Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Complete NEPA studies and preparation of all the NEPA documents. 2. Prepare construction plans in both hard copy and electronic files, utilizing the latest technology, best practices of 3-D CADD, and Department requirements. 3. Complete additional tasks related to the preparation of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) submittal including but not limited to topological survey, utility coordination, specifications, quantity calculations and cost estimates, traffic management plans, technical reports, and contract timing. 4. Provide design services through the construction phase: review shop drawings, attend progress meetings, answer construction staff and contractor questions.
