The project scope of work includes, but is not limited to, construction of a an approx. 700 square foot addition on the southwest corner of the existing Supreme Court Building at 55 The Green, Dover, DE 19901. The new addition shall be connected to the existing Chambers room and includes a new Chambers room with two (2) new ADA toilet rooms. The existing sidewalk adjacent to the Supreme Court be altered. The existing Chambers room will be converted to an open office for clerks and an ADA ramp will be added to access the Justice level. A kitchenette and gown wardrobes will also be added to the Justice area level. Interior renovations and new work including new wood doors and frames, acoustic ceilings, metal stud and gypsum board partitions, casework, painting, and new floor finishes. Existing HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Suppression, and Electrical services currently serving these spaces will need to be modified in order to suite the new space program and the addition.
