SCOPE OF WORK • Assess students to identify needs that impact educational performance. • Generate, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). • Administer appropriate informal and formal assessments based on student needs and Delaware State Regulations. • Collect and interpret data to modify instruction, guide therapy, and report progress to parents and school districts. • Summarize assessment results and provide input to team members for IEP development and periodic reviews. • Work with IEP teams or school-based teams to determine appropriate services for student success. • Write evaluation reports and maintain accurate case records for assigned students. • Collaborate and communicate with related service providers, parents, and school district personnel. • Follow appropriate protocols when questions, issues, or concerns arise. • Notify all parties with a legitimate educational interest about meetings, concerns, progress, or issues. • Establish and maintain cooperative, professional relationships with peers, support staff, parents, administration, agency personnel, and school district staff. • Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulations and Policies. • Accurately complete all required documentation within designated timelines.
