The school psychologist will provide services to students under IDEA, collaborating within a transdisciplinary team and supporting students aged 3–21 across a wide spectrum of disabilities. Specific duties include: • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and functional behavior assessments (FBAs). • Provide individual, group, and consultative services to support academic and behavioral success. • Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and assist with IEP development. • Create reports documenting evaluation results and progress toward IEP goals. • Plan and deliver culturally responsive services tailored to student and family needs. • Serve as a key contributor to the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) in assigned schools. • Monitor and document student academic and behavioral progress using data collection and analysis. • Promote mental health and positive behavior through direct support and consultation with educators and families.
