Specifications include, but are not limited to: This work shall include all labor, supervision, material, tools, equipment, shop drawings, submittals, layout, unloading, scaffolding, ladders, hoisting, transportation, taxes, permits, engineering, support functions, insurance, bonds, and any other items or services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the proper execution and completion of the work, whether temporary or permanent; 1. Include the cost of performance and payment bonds in the base bid. 2. Provide all fall protection and safety measures required to complete this work. 3. Provide all mock-ups as required by specifications. Mock-ups will be used to approve materials, if approved, mockup can become part of final product. 4. Red-lined as-builts establish level of quality for the work. 5. This contractor shall provide all design, engineering and certifications as required for this work. 6. Daily Cleanup of debris. If this contractor does not clean the site to the satisfaction of Bancroft Construction, Bancroft Construction reserves the right to clean the site with their own forces at the expense of this contractor. Site must be maintained and cleaned daily. 7. This contract shall include all Metal Panel and Miscellaneous Metal Work, inclusive of all labor, supervision, layout, equipment, and materials, etc. which are necessary to construct fully operational and functional systems as described in the contract documents in their entirety. 8. Survey, existing conditions, vertical elevations, and layout of work, including building corner locations, is the responsibility of this Trade Partner. 9. Survey plumbness. 10. Protect and maintain benchmarks and survey control points from disturbance during construction. 11. Mobilize and demobilize all equipment necessary to perform scope of work. 12. Provide and remove OSHA approved fall protection required to perform your work. 13. Provide all barricades and temporary protection as required to complete your work. 14. Provide all closeout documentation including all Manufacture Warranties and as-built drawings. 15. Provide all required daily clean-up and labor associated with this Trade Partner’s work. 16. All excess material shall be promptly removed from the site. 17. Extension of roof steps at West Elevation per detail 18. Provide site remediation of all disturbed area at finalization of construction. To include grading and seeding as necessary to return areas to before construction condition. Insulated Metal Wall Panels 19. Layout of work. 20. Assure that existing to remain metal panels are secure, free of movement, and ready to accept new finishes. 21. Mobilize and demobilize all equipment necessary to perform scope of work. 22. Responsible for Demo Keynotes D6 23. New Construction Keynotes N1, N2, and N3. 24. Foam-insulation-core metal wall panels. 25. Provide metal trims, flashing, reveals, sub girts/supports, furring strips with drainage, corners, trim at window and door openings, trim at light fixtures, accessories, fasteners, transitions, enclosure trims, etc. to complete your scope of work. 26. All coping 27. Miscellaneous metal sub-framing and furring to attached panel to sheathing. Hat channel as specified. 28. Sealants for the metal wall panel system, between panels and between panels and other materials. 29. Sealant under metal wall panel base closure flashing.
