The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide specialized staffing services in support of Brandywine School District's special education programs, including staffing for self-contained low-incidence programs serving students with Emotional Disturbance and Autism Spectrum Disorder. The District seeks providers of special education teachers, related service professionals, and comprehensive classroom teams capable of delivering FAPE in settings that require intensive academic, behavioral, and therapeutic interventions. It is the goal of this Request for Proposal to identify a vendor(s) and execute a contract to support the District’s ability to fully staff and operate these specialized programs across the PreK–22 continuum.
