General Requirements: 1.Fuel: Diesel. 2. Cooling: Liquid Cooled. 3. Engine Speed: 1800 revolutions per minute. 4. Governor: Electronic. 5. Emissions: Unit shall be manufacturer certified as compliant with Delaware Code, Title 7, Regulation 1144 – Control of Stationary Generator Emissions.
