Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services requested are for a consultant to manage the development of the SWPP&MPunder the supervision of County and DelDOT staff in adherence to the regulatory timetablesspecified in the draft NPDES permit. A copy of the draft permit is attached. Preparation ofthe SWPP&MP is anticipated to be a cooperative effort between the consultant, co-permittees and other outside consultants, as needed, and as directed by the County andDelDOT. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following:-Preparation and organization of meetings with the co-permittees to coordinate thedevelopment and update the status of the SWPP&MP.-Development of specific sections of the SWPP&MP.-Assistance in preparing any needed scope of services to contractually award areas of theSWPP&MP not directly developed by the consultant.-Development of methods for assessing performance and effectiveness for each section.-Compilation of outside work into the SWPP&MP-Breakdown of the SWPP&MP into permittee specific guidance documents.-Preparation and organization of meetings with DNREC as needed to present progress onthe SWPP&MP.-Any other additional task necessary to comply with the SWPP&MP requirements in thepermit
