A. OVERVIEW The Vendor(s) shall provide all equipment, materials and labor to supplement the State of Delaware’s need for as described in this Request for Proposals. The contract will require the Vendor(s) to cooperate with the ordering agency to ensure the State receives the most current state-of-the-art material and/or services. B. STATEMENT OF NEEDS To provide Preventative Maintenance and additional repair services on all equipment items listed in this document and Appendix D. Preventative Maintenance plus repair services shall be defined as: Providing necessary labor, materials, supplies, including refrigerant, supervision and subcontracted services that will allow for the successful bidder(s) to maintain all covered equipment in prime operating condition, consistent with manufacturer’s service recommendations. This includes repairing any failure of any magnitude, using OEM procedures and guidelines, OEM parts, and OEM recommended oils, seals, gaskets, supplies, etc.
