Specifications include, but are not limited to: Elizabeth City State University (ECSU) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from vendors who want to provide "Third Party Representative" services in the procurement, management, & implementation of Performance Contracts. ECSU anticipates awarding selected vendors a contract with an option to renew if in the best interest of the University. The successful vendor will perform some or all of the following basic services: Location(s) of the company offices & location of the office that will provide the services described in this RFP. Number of employees both locally and nationally. Location(s) from which employees will be assigned. Name, address and telephone number of the vendor's point of contact for a contract resulting from this RFP.
